The Death of Major S. C. R. Chester
Major S. C. R. Chester, a former official of the British Civil Service, who for a number years held an important position in Cairo, Egypt, and who on his retirement last year came to reside at Whitehouse Park, County Antrim, has died at his residence. An Englishman, served in the Great War in the Royal Army Medical Corps in France and Belgium.
His wife, a daughter of Mr. Acheson Littlewood, Bagot Street, Newry, survives him.
